Customer satisfaction is very important to us!
We do not offer exchanges. However, refunds may be issued in specific situations.
If you receive an item that is incorrect, defective, or does not match what you originally ordered (for example, wrong size, color, or product sent by mistake), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
In such cases, and once we verify that the issue was caused by our error, we will issue a 100% refund using the original payment method.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for clear proof such as photos of the item received.
